Circa 1850, large symmetrical house. Yellow stock brick, stucco
dressings, slate hipped roof. 3 storeys and cellar. 3 windows.
Detached Ionic porch. Round-headed door arch and door panels.
Bracketed sills and cornices to flanking ground floor windows,
moulded architrave surrounds to 1st and 2nd floor. Floor band.
Original sashes with margin lights to all floors. Long-and-
short, chamfered quoins. Deep plain eaves. 1-window bay on N
elevation with same details. Two footscrapers by steps.
