Circa 1840, incorporating some earlier timber frame. Painted
stucco, low slate roof. Symmetrical, 3-window front has half-
glazed door with lattice-work, zinc-roof porch, flanked by sash
windows with consoles and cornices. 1st floor 8/8-pane sashes.
Lath and plaster wall on rear N side.
