Circa 1840, semi-detached pair. Yellow stock brick, stucco
dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys. 7 windows. 5-window main
block consisting of 3-window centre and slightly recessed outer
porch bays, with round-headed openings. Recessed 1-window end
bays. Deep eaves with paired plain brackets, central chimney
stacks with blind arches. The centre has tall ground floor sash
windows with entablatures, scrolls and wrought-iron anthemion-
patterned balconies; and 1st floor 8/8-pane sash windows.
Chamfered stucco to porches. Modern addition to N bay of No 110.
