House, now 2 houses. C16, cased in brick and divided in C18. Timber
frame with red brick casing. E gable in flint with brick dressings.
Steep old red tile roof. A 3-bays, 2-storeys and cellar, rectangular
house facing N. Irregular 3 windows front with 2 doors and 2 windows
alternating on ground floor. Flush casement windows. Segmental arches to
lower windows. Large external E gable chimney with offsets. Rear lateral
chimney in W bay (No.106). Interior has chamfered axial floor beams with
2 pegs to each joist. Middle bay has 3-light diamond mullioned window on
1st floor, and wattle and daub infill was exposed in floods of 1947.
Clasped purlin roof with collar and queen-strut trusses. Curved braces
to wavy tie-beams. (Roberts(1975)No.29).
