Country house. C18, N wing early C20. Red brick and steep hipped old red
tile roof with wooden eaves cornice. A tall symmetrical 2-storeys and
attics house facing W set back from road, with later extensions set back
on N. 2-storeys semi-circular bay window to S side rear range. A
double-pile, central-entrance, end chimneys plan house with service wing
at NE. 3 windows wide W front with hipped dormers, coved cornice,
moulded stucco floor band, sash windows with flat gauged arches and 6/6
panes, deeper on ground floor, and round-headed central window over
6-panel raised and fielded door in moulded surround with wide Tuscan
porch with pilasters and columns. Tile keystones to windows of N wing.
