House. Early C18, later C19 and C20 extensions to rear and S end. Red
brick with blue headers, roughcast extensions, steep old red tile roofs.
A small 2-cells, end-chimneys plan, 2-storeys, 2-bays house facing E at
bend in road at foot of hill, with parallel 2-storeys rear extension,
and lower S extension. S front has 2 windows to each floor of main
house, door in between offset to RH (N) for entry directly into N room.
3-light cast iron casement windows with small panes to 1st floor,
2-light wooden casements to ground floor. Recessed panel over plank door
with pedimented surround. Internal gable chimneys. Single window to LH
extension. Interior has timber-and-brick partition, segmental arch to
fireplace, and originally had fireplaces on ground floor only.
