Farmhouse. S part C17 or earlier, long N wing C18. Altered in mid C19.
Timber frame with red brick infill in S part rendered over S end stucco
lined as ashlar. Red brick. Steep tile roofs, slate roofs to N wing.
2-storeys and cellar building with formal front at S end. Large internal
chimney with 2 diagonally set square shafts to S part. S front, 2
windows wide with door on LH. Recessed sash windows with 2/2 panes to
1st floor. Elaborate surrounds to door and French window with flat hoods
on scalloped brackets and fluted pilasters. 5 windows long W side. Heavy
framing revealed by falling render at SE suggests an early date for the
