House. Late C17 or early C18. Roughcast with steep old red tile roofs. A
2-storeys, 2-cells, end-chimney plan house facing E with off-centre
plank entrance door into N room, and external gable chimneys each of 2
flues, the N chimney being later. 2 windows to each floor and large
gabled rustic porch. 3-light casement windows of C19 type with flush
frames and square heads but ground floor S window of C18 type under
segmental arch, flush with rectangular leaded panes and wrought iron
central casement. Single-storey N extension with steep old tile roof
partly roughcast but N part of dark weatherboarding. Formerly called
Fishery Cottage.
