House. Mid C19. Plum brick with red brick arches and black stucco
plinth. 2-storeys, 2-windows wide, details similar to no. 45 with door
on RH. Cambered arches to all windows. Sash window of 12/12 panes to LH
on each and 9/9 over doorway. 6-panels door with rectangular fanlight.
Internal N gable chimney against that at no. 45. Narrow eaves soffit.
