8/161 No. 93


House, sometime 2 houses Nos. 93, and 95, now one house. C17, brick
cased C18, subdivided C19, joined C20. Probably timber frame, red brick
exterior in Flemish-bond. Steep old red tile roof. A 2-storeys,
3-windows long house facing W, with 1st floor extending over a wide
carriageway through the S end. One window over boarded double doors to
segmental arched carriageway. One window on each floor on each side of
large internal chimney stack. Door to left of left hand window. Blocked
doorway to left of carriageway entrance. Flush-box sash windows,
triple-sashes on ground floor flanking battened door with small tiled
lean-to hood on shaped brackets. Soldier arches over renewed ground
floor windows.
