House. C18 ('17TD33' cut in brick by ground floor front window)
replacing end bay of former C16/C17 house to W. Plum brick with red
brick at quoins and window jambs, and steep old red tile roof. Timber
framed W party wall with wattle and daub infill survives from earlier
house. A small 2-storeys and attic house set back from road facing S
with integral rear catslide outshut and entrance by door on E with
gabled open timber porch. 3-light small-pane Yorkshire sliding casements
with segmental arches. One window on each floor on S front, ground floor
window, stair window, and small 2-light attic window on E. Interior of 2
bays with side-purlin roof, and roughly squared crossbeam and joists
exposed. Exposed timber frame on W has jowled posts and clasped-purlins.
