Late C17 or early C18. Red stretchers, grey headers, old tiled roof with 2 hipped
dormers. 2 storeys and attics, 2 flush sash windows with glazing bars, ground
floor cambered arches. Central door under hood and wrought iron bracket for inn
sign. Formerly The Unicorn Public House.

No 79 forms a group with, Nos 81 to 87 (odd) which are of local interest.
