C19 alteration of earlier structure. Red brick under plaster and timber framed
gable end. Tiled roof, bargeboards. Plinth, 2 storeys, 1 and 2 storey modern
additions. Pointed arches to door and 2 casements. Included for group value.

The Church of Saint Nicholas. Moonhill and Dominic Cottage form a group.
