Early C19 half-timbered former lodge to Cassiobury House. Two storey with hipped
valley roof, plain tiles and central brick chimney in the valley. Two window range
to south front, small projected oriels to 1st floor, supported on brackets, with
leaded casements and tiled roof. Canted sided ground floor bay and plank door.
To road side 3-light projecting ground floor bay window and small oriel above similar
to south front. Leaded casements and tiled roofs.
Brick lean-to addition on north side.
