Farmhouse (formerly Nos 1 and 2 Flint Cottages). C17 or earlier
timber framed core. Late C19 flint and yellow stock brick
facing. Plain tile roofs. Tripartite group, right side with
small and large gable ends from cross wing. E wall of wing is
C17 brick and timber frame. C17 red brick stack on ridge in
centre of whole range. 4 segmental-headed windows to front.
3-light glazing bar casements with brick dressings and banding.
Lower unit on left end. Weatherboarded at rear.
