Mill and house. C17 and earlier timber frame and red brick
casing on west side (The Old Mill House), C19 red brick and some
C17 framing on east side (Mill Green Mill). One block with lower
sides and stream running underneath. 2 storeys. Plain tile
roofs, hipped on west end. 2 gabled attic dormers in centre.
Left hand side projects forward and has floor band. Its west
elevation has floor band and 3 small gable ends. Glazing bar
casements to ground and 1st floor. Interior with chamfer stopped
floor beams. Right hand side has recessed casements and
parapeted E gable end. Centre part with Mill has 2-storey plank
doors and lst floor Yorkshire casements left of centre. Mill
mechanism is intact: C18 or early C19.
