Small C16 red brick 2-storey cottage. Steep plain tile roof with
coped gable ends. Broad external chimney stack on S side
terminating in 2 tall octagonal shafts. 1 and 2 light leaded
casements either side. E gable end has 1st floor painted stone
Tudor window with 3 arched lights and brick dripmould. Stone
armorial plaque below this said to be of Hutchinson family who
held the Manor of Woodhall for most of the C18. Similar window
on N side 1st floor.
