front with fish scale tile roof. 2 storeys. 2 1st floor sash
windows in moulded frames, modern ground floor shop. Floor band
and bracketed eaves. S elevation to alley has external C17 red
brick chimney stack with plinth and sloped set offs. Unpainted
stuccoed rear blocks.
