House, formerly gate lodge to New Place (q.v.). 1879-80 by
Philip Webb. Red brick, T plan. Old tile roof to taller rear
range; fish scale tile roof to lower front block with brick coped
parapet gables. 1 storey and attics. Rear part with flush
leaded casements and hipped roof porch bay, front part with wood-
mullioned leaded casements in bevelled brick surrounds.
