Lock House


Lock cottage on Grand Union Canal at Lock No. 71. Early C19. Stuccoed
brick. Hipped tiled roof. 1 storey. 3 bays. Steps up to central
entrance. Flanking 2 light timber casements, all recessed, S-brackets to
hood over door. Boxed eaves. 2 light casements in returns. 2 stacks to
rear. 2 storeys to left return and rear. Interior not inspected. See
North Grove Lock, GRAND UNION CANAL.
