House, now shops and offices. Early C16, heated and extended in C17.
Raised and refronted in early C19, altered C20. Timber frame, red brick
front. Slate roof. Originally 3 bays. 2 storeys. 4 window front. C19
first floor sashes in reveals with flat arched heads. C20 ground floor
shop fronts. Entrance to No. 27 has a cambered head. Dentilled brick
eaves. Left end stack. Right gable end has exposed timbers. To rear of
No. 25 is a short gabled C17 wing with exposed timber frame with brick
nogging. Clasped purlin queen strut to collar roof, straight braces.
Continuous outshut under catslide roof to rear of No. 27. Interior not
