12/280 Rose Cottage


House. Mid to late C18. Red brick. Tiled roof. 2 storeys. 2 windows.
Entrance to left of centre with flanking and first floor 3 light timber
casements, all openings with cambered heads. Dentilled eaves. Gable end
stacks, rendered end walls. Weatherboarded lean-tos to cement rendered
rear wall. Attached to left and projecting forward a 1 storey stock
brick, slate roofed C19 outbuilding with an entrance and a 12 pane fixed
window. Interior: stop chamfered binding beam.
