10/14 Sandfords

GV II

House. Circa 1700. Timber frame weatherboarded with steep
pitched roof now slated. Projecting front eaves with plastered
soffit. A 2-storeys, 3-cell, central-chimney, lobby-entry, plan
house facing E. Continuous 2-storeys shallow rear extension
under catslide roof. Lean-to at S end. Single storey hipped
roofed projection at N end of front, and gabled porch. 3-windows
front with 2-and 3-light flush casement windows.
