2 houses in one block. Mid C18, end extensions early C19, C20
outhouses at each end. Red brick chequered with black headers,
with steep old red tile roofs. A pair of superior, 2-storeys and
attics, estate houses with doors adjoining at middle, internal
end gable chimneys, stairs adjacent on middle wall, and lower 2-
storeys end extension. Regular front facing N with floorband,
chamfered brick corbels to gable parapets with overhanging brick
coping, a 2-light flush casement window under segmental arch to
each floor of each house, and a small window over the 2 doors
under similar arches. Ground floor 2-light front window to each
extension and one to each floor on gable end. Small casement
window to attic of main house. (RCHM Typescript).
