2 houses, now joined. Early C19. Timber frame, E part
weatherboarded, W part roughcast. Low pitched slate roofs. E
part is a single-fronted double pile plan house with 3-flue
central chimney, one window to each floor and door on left.
Flush box sash windows with 4/8 and 8/8 small panes. 4-panel
door in heavy frame with flat hood on cut brackets. Shallower W
part has symmetrical front with 2 windows to each floor and
central doorway (blocked). 2-light mullioned flush casement
windows with small panes. 2-flue gable chimney at W points to E
rooms being unheated. A picturesque pair with No 9.
