House. C18, extended and altered in later C19, reduced in C20.
Stucco lined as ashlar with steep slate roofs and wooden
bracketed soffit to oversailing eaves. 2-storeys and basement, 3
windows, double-pile central block facing S with gable chimneys
and large 2-storeys extension on E end with half octagonal full
height projection to rear. Front and garden front (N) have a
plinth, floorband, and wide round-headed recesses framing the 3
ground floor openings. Recessed sash windows with 6/6 panes.
Front has central pediment with semi circular window, 2 small,
flat-topped dormers, 1-window extension to left and 2-window
extension to right, and square projecting closed porch with
pilastered Doric doorcase with double panelled doors in eared
