House. Late Cl7 or early C18, N end added and house divided in
C19. Timber frame on stucco sill, roughcast with plaster quoins
and old red tile roof. A 2-storeys, 3-cell, central chimney plan
house, facing W. Large central chimney originally a third from N
end, and door a third from S end. N-end C19 rendered brick
single bay extension of same height with internal gable chimney.
Plaster quoins divide front a little N of chimney, each part has
2 windows to each floor and central door. Smaller 1st floor
window inserted to right of door of No 47. No 45 has 2-light
casement windows (renewed) and enclosed gabled porch with 6-panel
door. No 47 has 3-light casement windows (renewed) and 6-panel
moulded door, under a lean-to tiled porch. Iron railings on blue
brick dwarf wall along frontage to road. Gabled wings to rear.
