House. Late Cl7, C19 extension at W end. Timber frame on stucco
sill, patent render with smooth plaster quoins. Steep red tile
roof. A 2-storeys, 3-cell, central-chimney, lobby-entry plan
house facing S, with 2-cell brick extension to W of same height.
Central chimney originallly a third from W end with rear lateral
external chimney to Eiroom (now reduced to eaves level). One
window on each floor in E gable on roadside. 3 windows to ground
floor on S front with doors between. 2 windows to 1st floor.
Flush casement wooden windows (renewed); 2-light above; 3-light
below. Formerly called Davis Farm.
