House. Mid C19 (after 1839 Tithe Map). Red brick with hipped
slate roof. A 2 storeys 'Regency' style house with overhanging
eaves to the hipped roof and a rounded SW corner with curved
arches and 2 windows on the corner. Symmetrical 3-window front
with recessed sash windows, segmental gauged arches and 6/6
panes. 4-panel half glazed door with flat topped bracketed hood.
1-window and similar blind recess over on the right hand return.
Double fronted, double pile plan with chimneys on the mid-wall.
Obtrusive pointing now spoils the appearance of the house. An
historic red brick house. Part of the varied group in this part
of the Conservation Area. Included for group value.
