C19 former mill cottage, timber framed and weatherboarded on brick plinth,
slate roof, two storeys, three bays, casement windows, front entrance doorway
with canopy mounted on small consoles. Two brick chimney stacks to front
range. Gabled rear extension with brick chimney stack surmounted by two
diagonally set shafts.
