C17 front features, timber-framed and plastered, tiled, two storeys and
attics, gabled cross wings north and south, and gable to main block. The
upper storey and attic windows have old leaded casements, ground floor has
wood casements with glazing bars. Central C19 enclosed gabled porch. Central
chimney stack has rebuilt square shafts set diagonally. Remains of moat.
