C18 or earlier farmhouse, timber framed, decorative plasterwork, plain tiled
mansard roof. Two storeys and attics, two ground floor bay windows and
entrance porch, all tiled. Three square dormers, two brick gable chimney
stacks. Two storey rear range with decorative plastering, tiled, possibly
of earlier date. One storey hipped and gabled, plastered and tiled extension
forming third range on western side. Formerly Pelham Lodge.
