House. C17 or early C18. Timber frame plastered with half-hipped
thatched roof. 1 ½-storeys, 3-cells, internal-chimney, lobby entry plan
house facing N. Red brick chimney a third from E with newer flue added
on E side. 2 3-light flush casement windows with small panes and
external shutters, flanking battened door. Plank door and smaller window
to W end room. 2 dormers at eaves. Mentioned in doc. of 1753. (Jackson
(1983)16).
