Group of adjoining farm buildings, converted to 3 houses and garages.
C16 barn, C19 buildings to E and W, converted in C20. Timber frames on
stuccoed brick sills, dark weatherboarded, steep old red tile roofs.
Some red brick and slate at E part. A long 1½-storeys irregular range of
buildings on N of entrance to yard at Hacketts with W end on roadside.
Barn in middle apparently of 4 bays with projecting gabled N porch in
2nd bay from W and double doors opposite. 3-lights casement windows and
gabled dormer. Interior of barn has jowled posts and clasped-purlin roof
on trusses with collar and vertical queen-struts. Face-halved scarf
joint with bridled butts.
