Barn. Early C18. Timber frame on thin red brick sill in English-bond,
with tile pinnings below timber plate, dark weatherboarded. Steep
pitched roof now covered by corrugated iron. A tall 3-bays barn at rear
of yard facing S, with projecting gabled porch in middle bay, with
double doors. Long straight braces in walls, straight braces to
tie-beams. Clasped-purlin roof with single purlin to each slope carried
on collars of trusses. Bladed scarf joints in wallplates over posts.
