- 40M to E of farmhouse

GV II


Barn. Early C18, reroofed in mid C19. Timber frame on brick sill dark
weatherboarded with slate roof. 4 bays barn facing W with gabled W porch
and opposed double doors in 2nd bay from N. Unjowled posts, curved
braces to irregular tie-beams. Queen posts support single clasped-purlin
in each slope. Long straight tension braces in walls. Part brick infill
inside.
