C17. Timberframed plastered house with weatherboarded upper half to W
gable. Gd floor walls renewed in colourwashed brick in C18. C19 brick
front rendered and colourwashed. Steep old red tile gabled roof. 3 rooms
in line plan with entrance opposite large central chimney between western
rooms. External gable chimney at E. 2 storey rear wing at NE. Timber-
framed and plastered with old tile roof and internal gable chimney.
Lower 2 storey C19 slate roofed extension in angle between house and wing.
2 storeys and attics, 3 windows. C19,3-light recessed sash windows with
1/1:2/2:1/1 panes. 4 panel door with top 2 glazed. 2 and 3 light leaded
casements to rear. C19 sashes and casements in rear wings. Attached to
NE corner of rear wing, a C17/C18 timberframed 2 storey former granary under
steep old red tiled gabled roof, now in domestic use, plastered and with
simple modern wood casements. Small lean-to porch in angle, plastered with
red tile roof.
