Late C17/early C18. 2 storey, 4 windowed timberframed plastered house
with hipped roof and deep cove to eaves. Old red tile roof with 3 courses
of slate at eaves. 3 rooms in line plan with lateral stack to rear of
centre room and door nearer N end. 3 light mullioned windows with
rectangular leaded glazing and central iron casements. 2 light window
over door. 6 panel door raised and fielded top 2 glazed. Wide moulded
architrave and flat hood on shaped brackets. External gable stack to N.
2 storey lower lean-to at rear with early C19, 8/8 paned sashes to N end
and catslide slate roof. Timberframed 1st floor over brick ground floor
(renewed). A good house of its period.
