C18 with parallel early C19 rear range. Said to date from 1746 in deeds
and on 1839 Tithe Map. S part of terrace formed with Nos 31 to 33 to N.
Timber frame plastered. Flattish slate hipped roof. Narrower rear range
steeper with longitudinal central valley. Rear range in yellow stock
brick colourwashed on gable end. 2 windows to 1st floor. Flush box
sashes with 6/6 panes and louvred shutters. Large slate roofed single
storey bay window to front with plank door. Large external gable chimney
stack with offsets. 6/6 paned sash to S wall. Modern glazed conservatory
set back. Part of terrace but altered on Gd floor. Listed for group
value.
