c18 with parallel C19 rear range. Said to date from 1746 in deeds, and on
Tithe Map of 1839. Main part of terrace formed with No 29 to S. Timber
frame plastered. Flattish slate hipped roof. Narrower rear range with
steeper hipped slate roof and longitudinal centre valley. Rear range in
yellow stock brick. Large ornamental central chimney in red brick with
2 diagonal shafts. 3rd shaft added on front to give massive effect.
Rough plastered front with 2 windows to each floor and 2 doors. Flush
sashes with slender glazing bars and 6/6 panes. Hinged louvred shutters
to upper window. Doors have moulded architrave and flat hoods on cut
brackets. Picturesque terrace.
