C18 remodelled in early C19. Double depth house, 2 storeys, timber frame
plastered, facing S with secondary front to E. Hipped slate roof with wide
plaster eaves soffit. 3 window S front, flush sashes with moulded
architraves and 8/8 panes. Pargetting in large panels. 4 panel door off
centre under open verandah on tapered wooden pillars and hipped slate roof.
Plastered 3 window E front. Windows similar but simpler architraves.
Centre door under small gabled porch on shaped brackets. Early C19 half
glazed door. Lower 1½ storey extension on W. Interesting house on old
site in commanding position on a high spur.
