C19. Timber frame weatherboarded with pitched slate roof. Range of farm
buildings enclosing the N side of the yard and immediately NW of house.
When the farm was sold in 1894, it had accommodation for 100 Shire horses
and the owner kept Hackneys as well (WEA I (1966) 44). Listed for group
value.
