C18/C19. Timberframed and weatherboarded on high red brick base in
English bond. Old tile roof gabled to SW. The bay next road has lower
base. Upper door in gable. Access from N by double plank doors to lower
part of end bay and door to E into raised part. Much altered brick
malting overlaps part of S side. Important traditional building in views
of Station Road. Listed for group value.
