C17. 1 1/2 storey timberframed house with thatched gabled roof parallel with
road and facing N. Large internal gable stack at E rising through rear
slope of roof. Smaller external gable stack on W serving Gd floor only.
Weatherboarded but front and W end plastered and decorated with large
raised roundels with radial pattern. Lower gabled rear wing extension at
SW slated and weatherboarded with internal lateral chimney on E. Informal
2 windows to front. 2 light wooden casements. Off centre plank door with
simple thatched gabled trellis porch. 2 modern 2 light dormers at front
eaves under thatch eyebrows. Casement 2 light windows to attics also in
gables to E and W. Modern garage and link set back on SW.
