C18. L-shaped house with rough plastered front (W) with wood parapet.
Irregular 4 window range of flush box sashes with 8/8 panes. Hipped old
red tile roof. Central wooden doorcase with full entablature breaking
forward in centre and over acanthus flattened brackets carried on tapered
pilasters each with moulded base and lozenge in relief. Ovolo moulded
6 panel door top 2 glazed. Door opposite large central chimney.
Smaller chimney projects on S side. Royal Exchange firemark No 245523
over door. Picturesque corner building, part of group around Fair Green.
