Later C17. 2 storeys and attics timberframed house with contemporary
single storey rear service room under catslide continuation of old red
tile roof. Refronted in Flemish bond red brick. Front (W) eaves have 3
courses of slates at flatter pitch. 2 windows. 1st floor early C18
2 light mullioned wood casements with rectangular leaded glazing 1 iron
open casement each. Narrower blind recess between plastered. Gd floor
2, C19 wooden casements under arched heads. Wooden doorcase near S end
with flat hood on cut brackets. Plank door with 4 small glazed panels.
Black plinth. S gable white painted plaster over brick Gd floor, 2 light
wood window with leaded lattices to attic. Small rectangular paned leaded
lattice to 1st floor probably for stair. Large internal gable chimney on
N, upper part rebuilt with adjacent chimney of No 21. Picturesque.
