Mid C19 by G E Pritchett. Former gate lodge to Oak Hall. White painted random flint,
imitation timber frame, old red tile half-hipped roof. Single storey. Half timber on
south elevation and surrounding window on east elevation. Included for group value
with Oak Hall.
