c.1730 red brick parapetted house, old red tile roof. Three storeys. Three first and
second storey segmental headed windows with C19 sash frames. Cut brick Doric
pilasters to edges of elevation cut off by modern ground floor shop front. Architrave
and frieze blocks and continuous, plastered brick dentilled cornice. Crowning parapet
with moulded capping.
