C17 exposed timber frame, formerly an inn. Exterior much restored late C19/early C20
when corner was removed for road widening. Old red tile roof. Two storey. Some
original timber frame on first floor south elevation to street. One old mullioned
3-light window and one C19 sash. Modern ground floor shop. Interior has heavy,
moulded oak ceiling beams on both floors. Included for group value.
