c.1800 cottage. Pebbledash rendered, modern tile roof. Two storeys, 3 windows,
symmetrical. Central panelled door with hood cornice and moulded architraves, plain
fanlight. Old sash windows. Original central wooden balustraded staircase. Cast
iron hand pump in garden.
